Correla is proud to be sponsoring National Inclusion Week 2023. National Inclusion Week (NIW), running from 25th September – 1st October 2023 was created by Inclusive Employers and aims to raise awareness of and celebrate inclusion in the workplace.

Now in its eleventh year, the 2023 theme for National Inclusion Week is ‘Take Action Make Impact’.  The theme builds on previous years, signalling a call to action for everyone in the organisation, from leaders to I&D professionals to teams and individuals. This powerful message aims to get organisations and individuals thinking about what actions they can take and what impacts these actions could and should have on marginalised people in their workplaces.

Among Correla’s activities planned for National Inclusion Week are Interactive Webinars, sharing colleagues’ #mywholeselfstories, holding our “Let’s Talk About…” sessions and asking all colleagues to contribute to our Commitment Board.

Correla are delighted to be sponsoring National Inclusion Week this year, this is an extremely important date in our calendar. We’ve benefited from participating in the last two years thanks to Inclusive Employer’s excellent campaigns. We wanted to contribute more in 2023 and take it to the next level.

Whilst we acknowledge that Inclusion and Diversity isn’t just something we focus on for one week of the year, it’s important to carve out dedicated time as a business by which to raise awareness and champion change.

How can I celebrate National Inclusion Week effectively?

National Inclusion Week is such a significant event in the Inclusion calendar that it can take a lot of work to celebrate effectively. Registering to participate in the official campaign will give you access to support materials and Inclusion and Diversity experts.
