What you get at Correla
You choose where you work on most days. We do not set fixed office days, and you have flexibility in how you shape your hours. When in-person time matters for delivery or collaboration, we expect people to come in. When life needs space, we try to offer flexibility. It is a fair two-way balance.
You get the space to take the time you need. There is no set limit. It just needs to work for you, your team and the work we deliver.
We cover the cost of private medical insurance from day one. You also get a 24-hour GP and a health cash plan that covers children.
