Gender pay gap

Gender Pay Gap

At Correla, we’re committed to fair pay and creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed.

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average hourly pay of men and women across our organisation. It is different from equal pay, which means paying people the same for doing the same, or equivalent, work.

Like many data and technology-led businesses, our gender pay gap is influenced by the mix of roles and levels across the organisation - particularly the representation of women in technical and senior leadership roles.

We are taking action to make progress through:

  • fair and consistent pay practices, supported by clear role expectations
  • inclusive recruitment practices and ethical hiring standards, challenging our partners and hiring managers to build diverse long and short lists prior to selection
  • development and progression support that removes barriers to learning, builds confidence, and supports equitable access to opportunity
  • flexible and agile ways of working
  • challenging gender stereotypes through inclusive leadership, role modelling and targeted development
  • a culture of inclusion, supported by wellbeing initiatives, family-friendly policies and support for carers

We keep our approach under regular review and remain focused on making long-term, sustainable improvements, supported by our wider commitment to wellbeing, inclusion and diversity at Correla.
