Correla has been named finalists in not one, but three categories at the prestigious Engage Awards! We are in the running for the following awards:

• Overall Customer Experience Excellence Award
• Organisational Culture Award, and
• Best Employee Wellbeing Strategy.

These nominations reflect everything we stand for at Correla—our unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and to creating an environment where our people thrive.

The Overall Customer Experience Excellence Award (OCEEA)

The OCEEA is all about celebrating organisations that deliver exceptional, holistic customer experiences, and being recognised for this is a true honour. At Correla, we have consistently worked to improve the customer journey within the energy sector and, in doing so, we’re helping set the industry standard.

One of our standout achievements was scoring an impressive 81.2 out of 100 in the recent ICS Business Benchmarking survey. Not only did we surpass the all-sector average of 76, but we also far exceeded the utilities sector average of 69.5. This score placed us in the top 6% of organisations that managed to improve their rating by at least two points from the previous year. It’s a testament to our dedication to continuous improvement.

The Organisational Culture Award (OCA)

Our culture is something we are incredibly proud of at Correla, and being nominated means the world to us. We believe in creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best, and that means offering flexibility, support, and benefits that allow our people to work in ways that suit them.

From the ability to “locate for the day” to flexible hours, uncapped holidays, private healthcare, and parental support, we give our employees the tools they need to balance their lives with their careers. We truly believe that happy, supported employees lead to happy, satisfied customers.

Best Employee Wellbeing Strategy Award (BEWSA)

At Correla, the wellbeing of our people is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why being named a finalist for the BEWSA is so important to us. We understand that our team’s mental, financial, and physical health is key to our success as a company.

Our wellbeing package includes everything from financial advice (including mortgage assistance and car schemes) to mental health support, with access to trained therapists and mental wellbeing days. We also offer menopause support, kinship leave, and an app that provides discounts at thousands of shops. We’re committed to supporting our people through every stage of life, and we’re proud of the comprehensive package we offer.

We’re incredibly proud of these prestigious nominations, and we find ourselves in great company alongside other finalists like Atlassian, Bupa, EDF, LV=, Octopus, PepsiCo, and the RSPCA, to name just a few.

The Engage Awards take place on November 26th—stay tuned for updates and the best of luck to all the finalists!
